POOL MANAGER/ASSISTANT MANAGER

 

The City of Pana will be accepting applications for the position of Swimming Pool Manager and Assistant Pool Manager for the 2025 season. The positions are considered temporary/seasonal, starting approximately May 1 and ending approximately August 31. Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to: preparing the facilities for the opening of the season, preparing the facilities for the closing of the season, assist in hiring seasonal personnel, managing seasonal personnel, managing the concession area, ensuring safety of patrons having on call availability for maintenance or emergency issues and overseeing the day-to-day operations. Assistant Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to assisting the manager with preparing the facilities for the opening of
the season, preparing the facilities for the closing of the season, managing personnel during scheduled shifts, other duties with assisting pool operations as assigned.
